What the role is:What the role isYou will be part of the Marine Environment and Safety Department to enforce MPA Port Regulations and Acts in the port waters to safeguard and promote navigational safety, port security, and environmental protection for all stakeholders.What the candidate will be working onThe key duties include:
- Roster planning for department staff
- Maintain roster and update roster on regular basis to ensure that all duties are covered
- Coordinate in-house and external trainings for staff
- Coordination and billing of all marine incident claims
- Manage department\'s procurement
- Maintain and monitor the renewal of contracts
- Meticulous, organised and is committed to delivering high quality work
- Able to prioritise tasks well and work around tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with stakeholders across all levels
- Appointment level will commensurate with candidates\' work experiences.
