Our goal is to create a complete environment to promote and enable successful ageing through the life course, helping Singapore residents stay healthy, strong, resilient and productive and enabling Singapore to reap the longevity dividend of the extra decades of life. Successful interventions in the Health District @ Queenstown will enable scalable and sustainable interventions to the rest of Singapore to address the social, economic, environmental and structural determinants of health.We are seeking (Senior) Executive, Operations to support day-to-day operations for Health District @ Queenstown HQ and administrative duties for NUS Centre for Population Health. This role will report to the Operations Lead.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Lead to plan and organize HD@QT HQ engagements; these may include but are not limited to:
  • Governance meetings with the Steering Committee, International Advisory Panel, and senior leadership of NUS/ NUHS/ HDB
  • Visits/ meetings with local/ international visitors
  • Domestic/ overseas study trips, conferences and symposiums
  • Engagements with existing and prospective researchers, donors, and other partners
  • Internal HQ meetings and events
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate/ execute operational and strategic activities for HD@QT HQ (e.g., research collaboration, fundraising, industry partnerships)
  • Support the Operations team on regular/ ad-hoc administrative duties for HD@QT and CPH (e.g., procurement of goods and services, filing and database management, claims processing, contract preparation)
  • Other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager/ HOD
Qualifications
  • Entry-level or early-career, 0-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The ideal candidate is:
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Proactive team player, demonstrates initiative and collaborates well with others
  • Comfortable working with a lean, agile team in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in any of the following is a plus: public health, international affairs/ relations, project/ event management, business development
