Job Description
The Role
To assist the Senior Manager/Manager and Head in the daily operational needs of the departments under Parkway Oncology Clinical Program.
Key accountabilities
- Assist in the coordination of the PCC Operations Framework to support facility-specific and cross-functional operation processes like Finance, Infrastructure, Compliance and Information Technology in Radiation Oncology and Parkway Cancer Centre clinics
- Participate actively in cost saving projects from identification of cost saving opportunities to implementation of these projects, like COD drug discounts, bulk purchases
- Participate actively in periodic review of financial and operational performances of the clinics / centers for areas of improvement and initiate improvements
- Assist in the reviewing Standard Operating Procedures within the clinics / centers to improve the efficiency of the services
- Undertake ad-hoc projects for process/workflow/facility improvement
- Diploma or degree
- Prior experience in healthcare operations or equivalent would be an advantage
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational abilities with good problem resolution abilities
- Competent in MS Office
- Service oriented and customer focused
