Job Description

What the role is:
As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Outdoor Adventure Learning (OAL), in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will provide operational and administrative support for OAL programmes. You will also work closely with external government agencies and internal MOE stakeholders to ensure that programmes are well-managed.
What you will be working on:

• Manage pre and post-programme administration for OAL programmes including the handling of queries from schools, preparation of e-registration resources for schools and generation of enrolment information and reports o Track student enrolment, maintain databases, and provide support in data analysis and reports compilation for timely and accurate reporting o Support the review and digitisation of processes to improve efficiency and efficacy

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in general administration, process reviews or data analytics o A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills o Motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment o Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros) would be preferred As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
