Executive / Senior Executive, Plans

Job Purpose

To support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Safety & Security performance across SMRT Group. The role involves system administration, dashboard development, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective safety governance and data transparency.

Responsibilities

Consolidate, analyse, and report SMRT Group and BU-level Safety & Security performance Develop and maintain the SMRT Safety & Security performance dashboards. Administrator for SMRT Open Reporting Channels, and Enterprise System. Ensure system integrity, user support, and coordination with Enterprise IT for enhancements. Develop and implement the GSS Workplan and Budget. Undertake any other tasks/projects as required by the organisation, e.g. secretariat support for meeting.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Degree in business data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or relevant field. Highly motivated and meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI. Familiarity with programming languages or tools (e.g., Python, SQL, R) for data processing and automation will be an added advantage.
