Executive / Senior, Ops And Customer Service

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior / Executive to oversee the daily operations of the service points. In this role, you will partner with the Clinic/Nurse Manager and doctors to solve system and process issues, ensuring a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
- Manage service point operations, including front counter services and facilities maintenance.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Plan and oversee specific ward infrastructure and/or building improvement projects.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and continually improve service levels.
- Achieve volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services and develop business plans.
- Procure and manage logistics needs for business.
- Manage a group of non-nursing staff, conduct appraisals, and ensure appropriate training.
- Facilitate communication between staff and hospital leadership.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
- Candidates with no prior experience but strong desire to learn and develop professional skills are welcomed to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and industry trends
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing circumstances
