Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks, systems, and tools for projects and programs, aligning with organizational objectives and donor requirements.
• Design and oversee data collection processes, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of relevant data from various sources.
• Analyze and interpret M&E data, identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to measure project outcomes and impact.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on program performance, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate M&E processes into project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and indicators.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project staff on M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct regular field visits to project sites to monitor progress, verify data, and provide on-the-job training and mentoring to staff involved in data collection.
• Coordinate external evaluations and assessments, liaising with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of evaluation activities.

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the development sector or a similar field. we also welcome fresh graduates.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in using data management and analysis software such as Excel, SPSS, or other statistical packages.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritising, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high data collection, analysis, and reporting accuracy.
