Job Description

Broad FunctionSupport the department in the application of analytical and statistical knowledge in deployment of tools to transform data into insights to facilitate decision making, leading to the achievement of WH\'s long term vision in providing effective and efficient healthcare services to the population.Key Roles & Responsibilities * Work with stakeholders within the organisation, external healthcare institutions (within or outside NHG Cluster) and external entities to explore and identify opportunities to leverage on data to drive business solutions.

• Support organisational reporting and dashboarding roadmap implementation.
• Apply Data Analytics and Operations Research knowledge to transform data into insights to drive optimisation and imprvement of business stratigies.
• Develop data processing automation through programming and other tools such as Robotics Process Automation to improve productivity.
• Participate in strategy formulation to enable and catalyse the department in meeting its KPIs.
• Maintain current organisational Enterprise Data Warehouse and plan for replatform to future Data Lake to enable stakeholder access to accurate and high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
• Operationalisation of Data Exchange Office (DXO) to handle internal and external data requests and perform Trusted Third Party (TTP) Data Anonymisation when required.

• Bachelor degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science or related field
• Proficient with real life applications of analytics, dashboarding and reporting languages and softwares such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc
• Working experience in health or healthcare related industry and held a role in Business Intelligence, Systems Integration, Data Warehouse Management, Data Science or Data Engineering related areas.
• Relevant experience in non-healthcare related industries will be considered.

• Ability to perform and complete stretched tasks within tight deadlinesGood knowledge of hospital operations
