ExecutiveThe Executive will be responsible mainly for the administration of the Department\'s self-funded Graduate Coursework programmes.
Provide administrative and operational support for running the programmes. This includes the admission, registration, graduation, fees, examination processes, student life, etc.
Liaise with all the stakeholders.
Marketing of the programmes.
Provide general administrative support for examination processes.
Writing minutes of meetings
Assist with any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum degree holder
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong administration skills
Good interpersonal skills
Prior experience in working in tertiary education institution would be an advantage
