Summary:

• Public Healthcare Institution (central region)
• Retail Pharmacy

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP and pharmacy data, including price updates, product entries/deletions, and timely shelf label updates
• Supervise and review purchasing officer's work on goods returns, ensuring proper documentation and supplier follow-ups
• Manage item master maintenance, including pricing, obsolete data removal, and new product entries
• Oversee and evaluate the Retail Coordinator's responsibilities, including ordering, returns, item master maintenance, and OTC retail product purchasing

Secondary Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional activities, including supplier liaison, staff updates, product arrangement, and promotional material distribution
• Assist the supervisor in overseeing retail assistants handling product stocking, merchandising, customer inquiries, and reordering
• Monitor inventory storage conditions, ensuring compliance with security, environmental, and shelf-life standards, including expiry tracking
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special purchase requests with professionalism and empathy
• Conduct staff appraisals

Requirements

• Degree in any field
• Preferred procurement-related experience
• Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Has strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
