Description
The successful incumbent will be part of the Management project team that directly manage long-term and short-term projects for the holistic welfare of the patients, benefiaciaries and caregivers.
Key responsibilities of the job role include the followings :
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge in supportive programmes to understand how programmes fold in to support varied patients' needs.
- Assist in identifying and developing new programmes and processes for patients, beneficiaries and caregivers.
- Assist in managing existing patient programmes and processes.
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to manage project goals.
- Process management papers, project evaluation forms, change requests, project-related proposals, purchase request, invoices and payment updates from stakeholders.
- Collate, prepare, and analyze the data into an report for management's review
- Support department's operations.
- A degree in any social service related field (Social work, Sociology, Counselling, or Psychology) is preferred.
- Experience or certification in Project Management would have an added advantage but not compulsory
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
