Job Description
:
- Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the design & project management of Supermarket, Convenience stores & Unity stores.
- The Design scope includes Spatial & Concept Design, & Construction drawings development.
- The project management involves leading the execution team, manage and co-ordinate with relevant authorities, internal & external stakeholders.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of proven design capability with relevant work experience in Retail/Food Design & Project Management.
- Good knowledge of technical design e.g. architectural, mechanical & electrical.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D.
- Motivated, pro-active, meticulous and results oriented.
- Resourceful and problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
