Job Description

Job Purpose

1 Ensure that all premises under Strides meets the LTA CP1 criteria at all times , namely bus depots and bus interchanges.
2 Responsible for the management of security for premises under Strides.
3 Oversee the services provided by the vendor providing security services.

Responsibilities

1. To be overall in charge of security matters in Strides
2. Conduct routine security checks on all premises
3. To conduct red teaming exercises
4. To report monthly security checks
5. To manage and monitor the performance of vendor providing security services
6. To prepare for LTA security audits
7. To ensure all premises and service provider attain a high level of security
8. To monitor the trainings and qualifications of FSMs , CERT and First Aiders
9. Support safety matters as and when necessary

Qualifications & Work Experience

1. Knowledge in security of premises
2. Knowledge of CCTV operations would be a plus
3. Qualified Fire Safety Manager
4. Good understanding of the LTA Code of Practice (CP 1) requirements
5. Previous experience in premise security (particularly Public Transport industry ) would be a plus
