The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative and outreach support to the department.

A. Marketing and Outreach

  • Represent SUSS to promote the university and programme offerings in both local and overseas outreach activities.
  • Assist Team Lead for Outreach on allocation of team resources for outreach activities.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals and premiums for all outreach activities.
  • Undertake programme counselling - manage enquiries via phone, emails and manage applicants or leads\' enquiries via CRM system.
B. Admissions and Selection
  • Assist Manager in admissions-related work, which includes applications and admission processing of full-time undergraduate programmes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of selections interviews for admissions.
  • Maintain accurate relevant statistics for admission processes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of admission-related activities.
  • Communicate matriculation information and details to enrolled students.
C. Others
  • Participate and assist in University-wide activities as specified in the respective action plans and/or duty rosters, e.g., examination invigilation, orientation, convocation, etc.
  • Assist with any other tasks and duties as necessary and/or assigned (e.g., ad-hoc projects, minutes taking at admin meetings, etc.).
Job Requirements
  • Degree Holder with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing and administrative, and customer service/administration
  • Bilingual with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • PC literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to do data analysis and information research
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Resourceful and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys meeting people and organising activities
  • Some supervisory working experience would be favourable
