Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements
As Executive/ Health Policy Analyst (Subsidy & Subvention), you will be required to:
Process funding adjustments for MOH-approved Long-Term Care Service Providers, and ensure that all accounts are accurately closed off within the stipulated timelines
Verify accuracy of claims and ensure they are submitted in accordance with MOH\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines
Prepare reconciliation and adjustment notes for approval, maintain supporting documents and process payments
Attend to clarifications and queries from Long-Term Care Service Providers, auditors and other stakeholders on finance matters
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Applicants should:
Preferably have background in Accounting or Finance, with experience in grants administration and payment operations
Possess good stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
Be meticulous and have an aptitude for numbers
Be resourceful and able to work independently
