Job Description
Location : Outram
Contract period : 12months
- Temps working for periods of 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.
- Total duration of engagement of temp staff is capped at maximum of one year, including extensions (temps needed for more than three months are recommended to be engaged on a three-months- basis in the first instance, subject to extension)
Relevant fields of study : Finance, Accountancy
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm
Mandatory skills :
Experience in grant or funding administration is useful
Proficient in MS Office tools
Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements
As Executive/ Health Policy Analyst (Subsidy & Subvention), you will be required to:
- Process funding adjustments for MOH-approved Long-Term Care Service Providers, and ensure that all accounts are accurately closed off within the stipulated timelines
- Verify accuracy of claims and ensure they are submitted in accordance with MOH\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines
- Prepare reconciliation and adjustment notes for approval, maintain supporting documents and process payments
- Attend to clarifications and queries from Long-Term Care Service Providers, auditors and other stakeholders on finance matters
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Preferably have background in Accounting or Finance, with experience in grants administration and payment operations
- Possess good stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills
- Be meticulous and have an aptitude for numbers
- Be resourceful and able to work independently
