Job Description

What the role is:

You assist in the management of succession planning and ensure timely execution of Human Resource (HR) functions for Operationally-Ready NSmen.

What you will be working on:

You assist in the communication of posting plans of NSmen to units.

What we are looking for:

You should have a Diploma. Prior experience in management NS men/NS issues as well as knowledge of SAF\'s organisational structure is preferred. You must also have good writing, communication and time management skills, aptitude for fostering relationships and be a team player. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
