Job Description

Job Purpose
The Executive will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyze systems, managing software development life cycles (SDLC), and ensuring the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Project Management (30%)

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT and digital projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership regularly.
• Support testing (UAT/SIT), issue tracking, and resolution.

System Analyst (70%)

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements from business users.
• Analyze current systems and processes; recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Work with technical teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications.
• Assist in designing user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX).
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, SRS, and process flow diagrams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and requirement workshops.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications & Work Experience
Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business, or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of project management and related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation industry is preferred.

Skills
Technical skills include:

• Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum.

Generic skills include:

• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
