The Role:

Toll Group is undertaking a review of its Talent Acquisition (TA) function globally and will be implementing a new operating model across the company in 2020. This new role forms part of the TA Sourcing team and will have responsibility for driving excellence in the Sourcing function. You will be helping to build the Sourcing team from scratch. The role will work closely with the HR and business leaders across the Toll group and be an advocate/champion for TA.

As the Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:

• Execute the strategy for proactive Sourcing company wide including services, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, technology leverage, processes and alignment with business need
• Delivery of Sourcing \xe2\x80\x98assignments\xe2\x80\x99 which could include supporting Executive Search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning or open roles
• Develop and execute against Sourcing plans for specific assignments
• Driving a proactive recruitment culture within Toll\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment function and educate Recruitment Consultants so that they always search the database and / or liaise with the Sourcing team before commencing candidate searches or engaging recruitment suppliers
• Contribute to the ongoing evolvement of Toll\xe2\x80\x99s proactive Sourcing capability and effectiveness
• Full JD will be shared upon interview

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Over 10 years working experience in Talent Acquisition related roles
• Undergraduate qualifications in Business and/or similar. Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources highly valued
• Has had previous experience as a Sourcing Consultant or Search Specialist at either in an in-house function, executive search firm, recruitment agency or RPO
• Proven experience in building strong relationships with candidates and the ability to maintain and build a strong talent pipeline
• Very strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Full JD will be shared upon interview
