Job Description


This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful deliverables.Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Book event spaces, manage event calendars, and handle all logistics from pre-event venue booking to post-event summary.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with team members, business units, and various stakeholders to deliver business events.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage guest lists, send communication materials, handle invoicing and billing matters, and address any other administrative and operational needs in the PIC office.
Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, business operations, administrative duties or similar capacities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
