Job Description

This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

• 
  Raise vessel’ service and repair requisitions in WinSds
• To issue PO to vendors
• Manually raise spares and stores requisitions on behalf of the vessel, if required
• To raise PO for communication, project, bunker and freight charges
• PO GRN as and when service is complete
• Raise new vendor codes/ ad hoc payment request
• Follow-up on payments to vendors
• Tracking month end docs and file in common folder
• Maintain and update vessel’s trading certificates in MFS folder
• Monitoring vessel certification expiry dates and alert cluster team
• Apply for the renewal of certificates such as Bunker Convention Certificate and Wreck Removal Certificate from the vessel’s flag
• Download quarterly class status reports from class website and send copy to vessels
• To keep track of vessel offloads lube oil, fuel oil and fresh water samples for shore analysis
• Ensure that the IMO DCS reports and supporting documents are received from the vessel
• Submit IMO DCS reports to ABS via email or through ABS portal
• Applies for the renewal of Ship Station License via IMDA portal (gobusiness LICENSING)
• To submit Technical reports required by HSEQA department
• Consolidate and file root cause analysis report from all clusters
• Ensure that the monthly/ quarterly exception reports are filed in the MFS folder
• Arrange Technical weekly/ monthly meeting and prepare minutes
• Assist with travel arrangements of Technical Supt/ Managers (i.e. booking flights, visa application, etc.) and raise Travel PO
• Assist other Technical Assistants/ Executives on leave and take other ad hoc requests for Technical Superintendents and Technical Managers
• Other administrative duties and tasks assigned

• Entry level candidates or Diploma in Marine
• Should have prior experience in a ship management company
