Provides wide-ranging technical and operational support in the design, development, promotion, and evaluation of training and related initiatives, programs, media, and events for a multifaceted operating unit or corporate-level activity of the Association. Operations
Adhere to Accreditation Bodies regulations and procedures and training quality management;
Performs various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support tasks as assigned; support in the day-to-day coordination of technical training activities as needed;
Provides technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of technical equipment, tools and training infrastructures;
Collects, analyzes and submission of data; prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports, using database programming techniques; maintains records and statistical information;
Assists with departmental budgeting and monitors expenses for cost-effectiveness;
Maintains web-based learning resources;
Plans, develops, and implements various special projects as assigned; plans, coordinates, promotes and facilitates special events, programs, and/or activities; and
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Industry outreach and marketing
Assists in the designs, develops, and coordinates production of brochures, flyers, catalogs, and web-based marketing, publicity, and promotional materials; and
Assist in ASPRI / ASPRI-IPI / ADPL seminars, events, activities and industry programs.
Suppliers Management
Source, manage, monitor and feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance to technical specifications and service standards.
Quality Management
Assist, maintain, track and monitor requirements under internal training quality management system and external certification bodies\xe2\x80\x99 audit requirements.
