Job Description
:
You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:
- Events planning and implementation based on client needs
- Provide administrative support for events and workshops
- Plan manpower roster for programme
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
- Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers
- Coordinate with external agencies for execution of programme
- Conduct outreach activities to target client group
- Provide feedback and programme updates.
Bachelor Degree in any field
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of programme/project administration or other relevant experience
- MS Office proficiency.
