Job Description
What the role is:The incumbent\'s job responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:
- Review pipeline diversion proposals submitted by agencies/private developers; \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with other divisions before issuance of approval for pipeline diversion proposal submitted by external agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and carry out the implementation of pipelines diversion works \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide works estimate for pipe linkup and issue quotations to external agencies/private developers; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with agencies/private developers/contractors for construction activities and timeline; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordination with other divisions for commissioning of newly diverted pipes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management and administration of contract (i.e. Provision of Manpower and Services) \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking and verifying of progress claims by Consultant and as-built drawings; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of tender documents for calling of consultancy and tender evaluation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of submission papers for approval of tenders to appoint Consultants.
