Job Description

Job PurposeThe Senior Executive / Executive, Campus Life, is essential for enhancing the campus experience by managing and coordinating various aspects of campus life, such as retail, dining services, sports, mobility services, and student housing. You will act as the primary liaison to address local needs, implement strategic initiatives, and monitor their effectiveness to ensure a vibrant, sustainable campus environment. You will play a crucial role in transforming the campus environment and supporting strategic goals, making it a dynamic and engaging place for all.

• Act as the main liaison with the central unit managing campus resources, understanding local needs, and tailoring services to meet community demands. Collaborate with departments to support a supportive and innovative environment.
• Facilitate campus improvement initiatives by generating ideas and coordinating solutions. Oversee the planning and execution of these initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness, and making adjustments as necessary.
• Enhance the campus experience by managing the quality and accessibility of services. Contribute to creating a vibrant atmosphere that boosts community engagement and satisfaction.
• Explore and implement financial and sustainability options to improve campus operations, ensuring all initiatives are economically viable and environmentally friendly.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives efficiently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campus life enhancement.
• Understanding of financial and sustainability considerations in campus operations.
