Join the winning team now!Work you\'ll doThe SEA Client Issues (Content) team supports the firm in developing and publishing thought leadership pieces to inform Deloitte clients and prospects on business issues across functions, industries/sectors, and geographies. Our objective is to position Deloitte as an undisputed thought leader in the marketplace and drive meaningful interactions with C-suite, Boards, and business leaders on their most pressing top-of-mind issues.As an Executive/Senior Executive in the SEA Client Issues (Content) team, you will work with internal stakeholders across the firm to scope, develop, and execute thought leadership projects for external SEA-based audiences in alignment with Deloitte\'s Global Client Agenda framework. Your day-to-day responsibilities entail managing the end-to-end content creation process from planning to execution, including the following:

  • Collaborating with business unit/program leaders and project managers in the scoping, planning, and executing of thought leadership campaigns
  • Drafting and editing long-form content to showcase a unique and compelling point-of-view, and translating or reframing technical concepts in Deloitte\'s proprietary methodologies and/or case studies into easily digestible terms for external business audiences
  • Executing the research process in support of campaign objectives, e.g., designing surveys and focus group/one-on-one interviews, interpreting quantitative and qualitative research findings
  • Curating supplementary, short-form content for the launch of thought leadership campaigns, e.g., infographics, media articles, and digital soundbites, to maximise readability and audience engagement
  • Coordinating with channel owners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, target audience, and launch timelines, and coordinating with graphic designers to publish and deliver content in the most appropriate formats

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in publishing, editorial, or content management roles
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Interest in business, finance, and technology topics, with an aptitude for research
  • \'Outside-in\' orientation, with the ability to consider content from the perspective of the target audience and their needs/interests
  • Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality
