Job Description
What the role is:You will be supporting the Contracts and Procurement Division (Corporate) in the following areas:What you will be working on:
- To assist and support in checking procurement related documents To assist and support in data entries for procurement requests in JTC's IT System (PROMPT) To assist in checking & verifying Corrigendum in PROMPT To assist in checking Award Recommendation Reports To assist in checking evaluation matrices for Price and Quality scorings To assist and support in preparing draft Letter of Acceptance To assist and support in updating Contract Details in PROMPT To assist and support in requesting for creation of Contract Files in JTC's IT System (KRIS) To assist and support in checking and uploading Security Deposit in PROMPT To assist and support in checking and uploading Insurance Policies in PROMPT To assist and support in updating changes of Project Team Members, External Consultants/Managing Agents in PROMPT To assist and support in preparing draft Letter of Extension To assist and support in performing Contract Closure (PROMPT) Any other procurement and contract management related administrative work as and when required
