You have about 3 years of experience in supporting and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of a high-quality network of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our partners and members.Fresh graduates are welcome!!What awaits you?

  • Engage and network with Providers to strengthen relations
  • Meet with Doctors to understand their concerns
  • Recruitment of Doctors and Clinics to our Panel of Network
  • Managing relations between insurers, clients, members and panel providers
  • Serve as the point of contact for panel providers
  • Handle enquiries received through email and telephone, ensuring a high standard of quality
  • Attend to escalations and complaints in timely and efficient manner.
  • To investigate claims dispute raised by insurer/clients.
  • Engage providers in managing insurers/clients expectations on bill sizes, drug/procedure usage (on overall basis)
  • Facilitate audits for insurers/clients
  • Conduct training to panel providers whenever required
  • Identify and address operational issues and claims
  • Within corporate requirements, negotiate new and renewal contracts with healthcare service providers, and make sure that all services are provided in accordance with guidelines provided by insurers/clients
