It is essential in supporting SportCares to realize Vision2030\'s recommendation to establish Communities of Care (COC), with the aim of harnessing the collective resources of like-minded partners to amplify efforts in promoting sports as a catalyst for positive social impact. Role & Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop partnership strategies and engagement plans which includes: a) Nurturing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships. b) Supporting partners in creating impact; and c) Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To identify new & potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with internal programme teams and partners to co-create partnership agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To collaborate with internal departments and teams to align strategies and initiatives with SportCares\' mission. \xe2\x80\xa2 To facilitate cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance programme effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide support and resources to internal stakeholders for implementing SportCares-related activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to internal stakeholders regularly.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 A recognised Bachelor\'s Degree in, or a related discipline Business Administration, Sports Management, Social Sciences \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of experience in managing partnerships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, non-profit organizations, corporate partners, and community groups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record of collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across departments and teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 A confident and articulate communicator, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both oral and written communication. Able to effectively express ideas, engage with diverse stakeholders, and convey messages clearly and persuasively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional interpersonal skills and feel comfortable in collaborative networked environments \xe2\x80\xa2 A deep belief in the transformational value of sport to change lives, recognizing its potential to promote inclusivity, well-being, and social impact. \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen interest in sports and/or fitness would be an added value. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates the values and skills associated with adaptability, collaboration, problem-solving, resilience, ethical conduct, empathy, innovative thinking, and results orientation. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.
