We are currently looking for a passionate and organized Exhibition Hall Guide to join our team. The role will be instrumental in creating an engaging, professional, and educational experience for all visitors--helping us bring our vision of intelligent robotics to life.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Robotics Exhibition Guide. You will be the primary point of contact for our visitors, transforming complex technological concepts into engaging and understandable experiences. You are more than just a host; you are a storyteller, a brand advocate, and an inspiration to everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Engagement & Demos:
Greet and guide visitors through the Exhibition, delivering captivating and informative live demonstrations of our robotic products.
Storytelling & Education:
Translate echnical features into compelling benefits and real-world applications, tailoring the narrative for diverse audiences (e.g., clients, students, investors).
Q&A Expertise:
Confidently nswer a wide range of questions, from high-level functionality to specific technical details, ensuring a positive and insightful visitor experience.
Feedback Loop:
Gather and report visitor feedback, questions, and trends to the Marketing and Product Development teams to help refine our products and messaging.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce all gallery safety protocols to ensure the well-being of visitors and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must-have:
+ Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in a relevant field.
+ Proficiency in English,
+ Basic to Intermediate Mandarin Chinese communication skills (spoken, essential for guest interaction and presentations). Ability to clearly greet, explain concepts simply, and answer basic questions in Mandarin is required. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage an audience.
+ A keen interest in robotics, technology, and innovation. Technical background or degree is a strong plus.
+ Professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor.
Highly Desired:
+ Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., museum guide, brand ambassador, retail tech specialist, educator and flight attendants).
+ Ability to think on your feet and adapt presentations to different audience types.
+ Willing to work on weekend if prior exhibition hall visiting appointment has been arranged.
