Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, execute, and oversee all aspects of the exhibition and retail space including construction stage.
- Project budgeting: monitor and manage it to ensure within the budgeting.
- Work with Marketing team to give the event better visibility to better align with the overall event theme and focus.
- Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.
- Liaises and coordinates with suppliers and vendors, overseeing the exhibition set-up by contractors.
- Leads and coordinates all aspects of the exhibition.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that the exhibition delivers the desired message and goals.
- Formulate, direct, and coordinate the exhibition to promote products or services by working with advertising or promotion managers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality/Event/MICE or Project Management, in any related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in Exhibition
- Resourceful team player with impeccable integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
