To work on a FPSO project in Singapore, our client is looking to hire this position urgently. Responsibilities

\xef\xbb\xbfResponsible to interface between suppliers and project team to ensure the materials and equipment are on schedule, complete when delivered, comply with technical specs and quality / quantities are in conformance with the PO terms and conditions
Expediting efforts commence at the issuance of a LOA, PO, Contract or any other instrument of transmission of award by Company to suppliers / contractors.
Shall monitor and report supplier performance / progress to ensure timely delivery and take necessary steps and initiatives to avoid slippage in delivery of material and equipment
Investigate potential slippage and expedite the supplier to achieve project milestones and timely delivery of goods/services
Raise the recovery and mitigation discussion with the supplier and project team when project deliveries are in jeopardy of slipping past scheduled delivery dates
