Your role
Are you a designer with a track record of designing meaningful experiences for large scale and complex businesses? Do you enjoy deeply understanding user and business needs, rapidly iterating concepts with users, and then implementing them with technology partners? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an AI powered and client centric organization?
We're looking for an Experience designer to:
xc2xb7 Drive the Front to Back Digital Transformation agenda of the Wealth Management (WM) division with design as an enabler
xc2xb7 Deeply understand the jobs-to-be-done and motivations of WM Clients and Advisors
xc2xb7 Maintain a good understanding of WM products and solutions and how they bring value to our clients
xc2xb7 Work closely with markets and business SMEs to understand business needs, identify opportunities and use design to drive desired business outcomes
xc2xb7 Develop design patterns for cutting edge technology such as Generative AI so they can add value throughout WM journeys
xc2xb7 Rapidly iterate designs with users using tools such as journey maps, service blueprints or sacrificial concepts
xc2xb7 Facilitate co-creation sessions to create a common vision, leverage expertise and be an advocate for user-centered design
xc2xb7 Influence platform prioritization decisions to maximize positive impact to our users jobs-to-be-done and business goals
xc2xb7 Work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production at scale and execute design work with a high level of polish
Rally stakeholders around design metrics and goals and present your work effectively with clear design rationale on how they address pain points, value levers and opportunities

Working in the Insights & Experience team within GWM S&I COO Front To Back Digitalization in Hong Kong, Singapore or Zurich, you will collaborate with a talented team of designers, client insights experts, and stakeholders across functions, regions and seniority levels. You and your team are responsible to deliver meaningful business value by caring about our users, iterating relentlessly and implementing AI powered journeys.
Your expertise
xc2xb7 3+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring an experience to life quickly and iteratively
xc2xb7 Proven track record of using design methods to understand users' jobs-to-be done and working with business stakeholders and engineers to create solutions to these problems
xc2xb7 Expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive journey maps, service blueprints, design concepts that solve design challenges
xc2xb7 Expertise in Figma with interest in exploring new tools and processes
xc2xb7 Track record in the following will be a bonus
xc2xb7 Designing for AI experiences
xc2xb7 Driving conversion through analytics
xc2xb7 Data Visualization - Visual storytelling with numbers
xc2xb7 Front-end software development (Web or iOS)
xc2xb7 Domain knowledge in Wealth Management/Financial instruments
xc2xb7 Strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation
xc2xb7 Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and mange time efficiently as an active member of an Agile delivery team
