Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Carpenter

to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong craftsmanship, knowledge of materials and tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Measure, cut, shape, and join wood, metal, and other materials according to design specifications. Construct frameworks, partitions, doorframes, flooring, furniture, and other wooden fixtures. Install cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, and other structures or fittings. Inspect and repair existing structures or frameworks as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, masons) as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum [X] years). Strong knowledge of wood properties, construction techniques, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and compliance standards.
