Designed by award-winning drummer Er Chow Kiat, our curriculum caters to students of all levels, with lessons tailored to each individual's learning pace - whether it's mastering a new song, preparing for graded examinations, or breaking down complex grooves and rhythmic patterns.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and engaging

Experiential Drumming Facilitator

to lead rhythm-based workshops and team-building sessions for corporate and community groups.


You'll utilize cajons, djembe, and rhythm games to create meaningful, energetic, and fun shared experiences that inspire teamwork, creativity, and connection.

Facilitate group drumming workshops and interactive rhythm sessions for teams (corporate, schools, community). Create an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy environment. Lead participants through rhythm games, communication exercises, and group performances. Support logistics -- setup and packing drums. Collaborate with other facilitators or event coordinators when required.

Requirements

Confident leading groups of 10-100 participants. Good musical sense / basic drumming or percussion experience. Energetic, friendly, and clear communicator. Punctual, reliable, and professional. Comfortable with ad-hoc or weekend work. Experience with cajon, djembe, or world percussion. Background in facilitation, education, or performing arts. Driving licence (for drum transport) is a plus.

Remuneration:

S$60 - S$120 per hour (based on experience & event type). Transport allowance provided when required. Training and onboarding included. Opportunities to grow into senior facilitation or event lead roles.
