Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Liaising with freight forwarders and customers on shipping arrangements
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and complete export documentation.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays in coordination with relevant parties.
Provide support and guidance to sales teams regarding export-related queries and inquiries.
Follow-up for vessel/ shipment date & email details to customer
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent
Knowledge of international shipping terms, Incoterms, and trade compliance will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Works well independently and as a team player
Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
Prior experience in office administration, document management, or similar roles will be an advantage
