Job Description
1. Basic IT knowledge is mandatory (MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills) 2. Preparation of airfreight export documents (AWB, Labels, Security forms, etc). 3. Checking and monitor cargo uplifting 4. Able to speak well and engage customer 5. Must be a team player and work well with colleagues 6. Communicate with warehouse team on cargo transfer/retrieval 7. Sunday duty once a month (replace with off-day) 8. Alternate Saturday off 9. Relevant experience is preferred 10. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
