Responsibilities & Skills:

• Collect and organize documentations required to support import-export compliance and audit of Lattice in Singapore, US, and other locations

• Provide status of import-export compliance through the use of spreadsheets and databases
• Review accuracy of import-export documentations and escalate issues as appropriate
• Coordinate requests with third-party warehouse provider, couriers and freight forwarders
• Respond to internal and external requests regarding classification of Lattice products and other commonly shipped items, review of shipping documents, and escalate issues as appropriate
• Assist in reviewing parts and transactions to ensure compliance with internal screening protocol
• Provide assistance to immediate team members and other teams within Lattice as necessary
• Perform other tasks as may be delegated by superiors
