Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Location: (Boon Lay MRT) Basic $2500 to $3000 depends on experience Temporary Contract (Nov 2022 to Feb 2023) Must have export background Job scope Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, BL draft and other documents as stipulated in customers' orders. Check stock availability and prepare products' expiry date list to customer. Check production schedule date. Enter order in SAP and print out pick list to warehouse team. Coordinate with warehouse team for packing details, completion of PGI and invoice. Review and check all shipping documents are in order and complete. Submit tax invoice to customer for payment purposes. Follow up payment due and update AE on payment status. Compile and compare freight rates and quotation. Verify freight's invoices and resolve issues with shipping company. Coordinate incoming orders and book vessel. Prepare price list to customers. Prepare export sales forecast. Performs any other duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
