About Us:

Shanyos is a leading distributor of premium consumer electronics across Asia. With a strong presence in key regional markets and a reputation for reliability and brand-building, we are expanding our export operations and seeking a driven Export Manager to lead growth across the Asian region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand export sales of consumer electronics and FMCG products across Asian markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, India). Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors, importers, and retail partners. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure profitability targets are met. Oversee all aspects of export operations -- documentation, shipping coordination, compliance with international trade regulations, and customs requirements. Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics in the consumer electronics and FMCG sectors. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings across Asia.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, or related field. Minimum

5 years of export sales experience

, preferably in

consumer electronics or FMCG

. Proven track record in managing multi-country accounts and achieving sales growth. Strong understanding of Asian market dynamics, trade routes, and regional regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics coordination. Willingness to travel within Asia for business development and partner meetings.
