Prepare quotations, export documentation, proforma invoices, and sales orders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to book cargo space and arrange shipments.
Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely pick-up, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Collaborate with procurements and logistics teams to track the progress of export shipments from order confirmation to delivery.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status and shipping inquiries.
Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, communications, and activities in the company's CRM system.
Prerequisites
3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Basic understanding or a strong interest in learning international trade procedures and documentation.
Diploma in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful phone/email manner.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
