: [Order Management]

• Communicate and collaborate with international customers, distributors, and agents on product specifications, order status, shipping updates, and inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of export orders.
• Prepare necessary documentation for customer payments.
• Manage and maintain accuracy of systems\' master data and order entry.
• Resolve order-related issues promptly and satisfactorily, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, QC, finance) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet customer demands.
• Continuously improve and optimize export order management processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.

[Operation Management]

• Coordinate with production for shipment readiness.
• Execute necessary steps to prepare physical shipment for export.
• Obtain vessel space and organize logistical needs (transportation, storage) with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations.
• Prepare complete set of shipping documents, including LC/DA/DP requirements, Certificate of Origin, Customs Permit, and any additional documents as per customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements in Singapore and destination countries.
• Handle any additional tasks related to completing the export shipment.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, with expertise in Order Fulfilment, Demand Planning, and/or Total Logistics Solution.
• Proficiency in SAP is a prerequisite.
• Existing permit declarant or a willingness to undergo the Customs Competency Test.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or handling dutiable goods is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit and Free Trade Agreements (FTA) is beneficial.
