About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end project management support for the implementation of AV, collaboration, and related technology projects across the APAC region.
Support the Project Manager in project delivery, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
Scope project requirements and collaborate with global and regional teams to align objectives and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including detailed plans, timelines, reports, and meeting notes.
Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively follow up on action items to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Manage suppliers during installation, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Support project budgeting, resource planning, and procurement activities as required.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and suggesting new ideas to optimize project management practices.
Working Location: Hybrid arrangement - combination of remote working, HQ office, or client's site (West Singapore).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, technology implementation, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
CAPM,PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
