We operate 3 business segments:

• Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and Sleek Sign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary Sleek Books ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
• FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Requirements
Were always on the lookout for skilled Compliance Officers who can balance regulatory rigour with human empathy xe2x80x94 because in our world, client experience and due diligence go hand in hand.
Are you someone who can spot risks in the details while keeping conversations calm, clear, and client-friendly? Do you enjoy transforming complexity into clarity and building frameworks that keep businesses safe, scalable, and compliant?
What youd typically do:

• Conduct deep-dive client due diligence on potential SME clients, aligning with Sleeks risk parameters
• Protect stakeholders by evaluating new client profiles and flagging compliance risks early
• Take ownership of risk assessment and mitigation in the onboarding process
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across AML/CTF, sanctions, and KYC frameworks
• Help shape scalable internal control frameworks for sustainable growth

What were looking for:

• 34 years of experience in client due diligence or onboarding compliance
• Solid knowledge of AML/CTF and sanctions regulations (certifications a plus)
• Excellent communication skills xe2x80x94 both written and verbal
• Highly detail-oriented with sound professional judgement
• A balance of technical sharpness and human tact in client-facing interactions
