Responsibilities

• Ensure high integrity in our numbers by having accurate figures in the factory report and a high-quality budget based on well-documented assumptions
• Ensure that there is good accuracy and stability in our forecast where all changes and deviations are explained by the underlying business drivers
• A value-adding Business Partner to COO Area and ensure a fact-based root cause-driven performance reporting
• Perform ad-hoc reports based on business needs
• Implement the relevant controlling tasks fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Financial Guidelines; and make sure controls and applicable compliance requirements are in place
• Ensure timely update/s of Process Documentation (SOP)
• Perform Controls and Compliance activities
• Identify, suggest and implement improvements on current tasks, and participate in Global optimization projects
• Effectively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality. Propose adjustments as necessary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Finance or Business-related courses
• With certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in general accounting background, controlling and reporting function role or from a relevant role
• Exposure to BPO / Shared service environment
• Experience in working with multi-cultural stakeholders
• With knowledge of using ERP (SAP) systems
• Solid scientific and presentation skills
• Business Partnering experience is necessary

Competencies

• High-level experience in (1) Controlling Actual Financials and (2) Forecasting or Budgeting
• With a high level and specific knowledge of Accounting concepts and professional methodical skills relevant to financial analysis
• Ability in developing financial projections and building financial models
• Efficient documentation and process mapping experience
• An initiator and having a "can do" attitude; a focused person in a complex, exciting and hard-working environment
• Knowledge of using ERP systems. Experience in SAP and SAP-BI
• An advanced-level MS Office user. Macros
• Skilled in presentation, communication, stakeholder management and business partnering, including communicating numbers and data to non-financial people
