Responsibilities
- Provide a High Intensity Interval Training sessions in a safe and effective training environment while assisting members in achieving their individual fitness goals
- Offer modifications, regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Encourage and motivate members to not only participate but to perform at their best, with correct form
- Be punctual and well prepared to deliver training sessions within F45 guidelines using F45 terminology
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard for effective, safe and clean usage
- Provide support to studio manager as required Requirements
- (Required) Be a Certified Personal Trainer / Group Class Instructor with either NCAA, NCSF or ACE accredited course
- (Required) First Aid/AED/CPR current certification
- 1-2 year work experience, especially in-group training is preferred but not essential.
- Great communication skills, be able to command a class and simultaneously provided individual advice to members
- Good interpersonal skills, to engage and develop professional relationships with members Job Type: Part-time Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month Benefits:
