This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the forensic accounting team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of accounting and economic concepts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.: Senior consultant in the forensic accounting team, reporting to the Singapore practice leads for 'Forensic Accounting - Insurance' and 'Economic Damages and Valuation'.Job Responsibilities: Preparing a wide range of analysis including: - Business interruption and stock loss quantification in insurance matters- Litigation damages assessments- Business valuations- Loss of earnings quantification in employment disputes and personal injury cases- Conducting fraud and asset tracing investigations through analysis of bank statements and financial records Preparing written reports including expert witness reports for use in court Preparing budgets and work plans for assignments and managing assignments from intake to final review, ensuring compliance with budgets Supervising the work of a team of other accountants during assignments Liaising with legal and insurance professionals, business owners and investigators, and ensuring the highest level of customer service Participating in business development activities such as conferences, happy hours and sporting events.Attributes & Background: Basic Requirements: 5+ years in forensic accounting or closely related field ISCA, ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent Experience supervising other accountants Experience working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment Experience working independently with limited supervision Desire to participate in business development activities Strong Excel skills with ability to do Vlookups, Pivot tables, advanced formulas Proficient in written and spoken English LanguagePreferred Skills: Advanced Excel skills Fluency in languages other than EnglishJ.S.
