You are required to operate and lead all aspects of the safe and accurate operation of plant utilities equipment and systems in compliance with specifications, to achieve organization objectives and company goals. Your responsibilities include but not be limited to operate and monitor plant utilities and facilities system through the FMCS (Facilities Monitoring and Control System) at the control room, Coordinate with relevant parties, and carry out pump/fan rotation for routine plant PM/CM activities and as well as act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) member, to ensure minimal impact to FAB operations.Responsibilities:Safe and accurate operation of facilities equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and systemsMonitor facilities equipment and system through FMCS or equivalentRespond and escalate in a timely manner to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general to relevant partiesRestore facilities services timely to minimize interruption to production or the siteResponse to facilities service requestSupport and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities system and facilities-related work activitiesCoordinate maintenance or installation activities for operating facilities system and equipment on the siteAccurate pass down of information to next shiftComplete shift routines and activitiesAssist in drafting SOP, Checklist and daily plant reportingFollow up on incident or service interruptionCo-ordinates and collaborate with internal and external parties for facilities operation related activitiesPrioritize and organize work on the shiftTeam Member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team)Co-chair Facilities Daily Operation morning meeting / pass down with Facilities Operations EngineerTo carryout WAC regen and ACF backwashTeam members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame.To review and approve the permits.Participate in all Micron programs including but not limited to EHS, Quality, and Cost.Qualifications & Skills:Basic digital literacy including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize and schedule workloadExcellent communication skillsGreat teammate who enjoys working in a multi-functional environment and the ability to develop long term partnership across teams.Positive, energetic, and dare to innovate with the aim to actualize concept into plan.Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking.Education and Experience:Diploma in engineering.Experience with Facilities systems in semiconductor is preferred.At Micron we take pride in empowering our employees and their families to stay happy, healthy, and financially well.
