Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Supervise all activities within the production process, including maintenance and manpower arrangement Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, operators, welders, workers) Planning and organising production schedules plans to meet target delivery dates In-Charge ofthe factory machinery maintenance & inventory Assist and act as back up when CNC/pressbrake programmers/operators, general workers, welders are on leave and when jobs are urgent Ensures internal department workflow and tracking of documents and inventories are up to date Ensures internal department workflow and projects/jobsheets are completed,checked and verified.

Requirements:

. Mechanical diploma or any engineering discipline or equivalent experience

Must be proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication drawings With at least 6 years of ork experience in a sheet metal company and deep knowledge of production management Solidaworks/autocad knowledge is an advantage Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Welding experience and cnc pressbrake machine programing and operation experience is required. Working well with many different departments and external suppliers 5.5 days work (Monday to Friday) 8: 30 AM to 5:30 PM, (Saturday) 8:30-1230 PM * Must be wiling to work ovetime when as and when required.
