Responsibilities
- Performs all facial treatments therapy available.
- Advise and educate customer about beauty self-care.
- Conducts consultation to evaluates customer personalised needs and expectations to determine most appropriate treatments available.
- Practices the high standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
- Ability to up sell and cross sell to meets retail sales performance requirements.
- Manage customer appointments and actively builds clientele base.
- Consistently records and updates client records.
- Perform any other duties such as stocks counts, treatment rooms\xe2\x80\x99 cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc.
- Familiar with facial treatment processes.
- Retail sales and customer service experience of minimum 2 years are highly desired.
- Enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers and customers.
- Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Customer service orientated.
