Job Description



  • Office hour, Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.30pm
  • Location: Pasir Panjang
  • 8 months contract
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative including mailing, scanning, copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and raise Purchase Order
  • Attend to Service Ticket raised online
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain office/pantry supplies
Qualification:
  • Diploma qualification required
  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail

Salary From S$2,000.00 to S$2,200.00
